Obsolescence Policy
Sage Software's Obsolescence Policy is to support the current
release and, in most cases, two prior releases of a product. Product
support includes customer support, payroll tax update service, and other
add-on products or services. Sage Software will support an obsolete
product until a customer's support plan for that product expires.
*There is not a DacEasy version 13 or 14 Job Manager (including DacEasy Job Costing).
Prior versions of DacEasy Job Manager will not be compatible with the other DacEasy Version 13
or 14 products. Customers wishing to continue using DacEasy Job Manager (including DacEasy Job Costing)
should remain on prior supported versions for all DacEasy products or convert to Peachtree by Sage Premium Accounting.
